Several yoga friends mentioned that they experienced Sciatica pain. I looked it up, trying to find more information. The Chinese interpretation for Sciatica is “Sitting Bone Nerve Pain.”

A popular massage, known as Tui Na, is a TCM therapy to treat Sciatica. Tui means to push; Na means to pull. Basically, the massage presses into the body then pulls the muscles out. Hopefully the push and pull are not too hard to cause pain.
