. . .where the highest elevation is 500 feet:) The last time I met some one from Florida was while hiking Prison Hill nearby - He was sitting in the sagebrush, watching my dogs scout for rabbits. At about 5700 feet, he wasn't sure about walking further. He was already 'high', and the narrow path on the northside of the hill is steep. But just another ten minutes and you reach "dead truck" - a 40's Chevy stuck in the ravine for years, the only sign of civilization at that point of the walk.
