An Open Letter to Carson Valley Meats 10/9/21

In the last week, I have learned more about slaughterhouses than I ever wanted to know. I am against the industrialized killing of animals. I am for farm-to-table. I understand from the various ranchers and the 4H’ers their frustration with not having enough places to process their animals.

All that I have a problem with, frankly, is that you seem to be geographically-challenged.
